营会在轻松但又认真的情况下进行，营员们从主题讲座、专题讲座、座谈会及私下交流中，更加确定上帝对他们在职场上的呼召，是要他们在那里发挥基督徒的影响力，视他们的工作场所为他们的宣教工场。主题讲员看重祷告的生命，感动了营员们要为自己的公司付上祷告的代价。
两天一夜的营会“CROSSROAD CAMP: Journey Towards Influential"在欢笑、认真和激情中渡过。四十七位毕业生和工作者的心中都燃烧着神的使命，这个营会只是此旅程的开始并不是结束。
营员回应：
This camp really helped me to confirm of my calling to go out into the working field. And I appreciate those alumni putting effort together for exposure of the working field ministry because I need the exposure as a preparation.
Their sharing and testimony encouraged me to be a difference despite of the difficult environment.
And being in this camp, really helps me to build up a network of Christians who are influencers for Christ, and knowing there are still lots of Christian who willing to shine for God is really encouraging me.
Just that the last session is quite packed and I hardly can understand.
